  • thankyou for posting.Inspirational-didnt realise one could be in such great shape at your age.

    must redouble my efforts !

  • No matter what our age, we get out of it exactly what we put into it. Why most older people blindly accept others' dictum that we are going to go down hill regardless what we do is mystifying.

  • Richard....I just happened to come across your videos....amazing and you are an inspiration.

I was heavy into bodybuilding..played football for Radford and UH..and in Europe. After two shoulder reconstructions I hung up my belt. Now 41 I want to get back in the gym.

Saw your photos..and was always told..the gym is for the young. Thank you for placing these videos on here!

I'm back in the gym and loving every day of it again!

    Just ordered you book pdf.

    Mahalo !

  • agreed entirely.ive been up to 240lbs about 4years ago with about 12 per cent bf(clean) so i understand what discipline and diligence can bring.the limiting factor seems to be more about injuries now that i am older(44)-had last year off with back problems but now better and getting the itch again.once again you`re inspirational..keep up the hard work..will keep an eye on your channel now to remind me of what i have to shoot for.

  • Thankyou Richard, I have the same injury I have been struggling with for years.....now I know..

  • Good advice, never push past the pain if consistant unless you want to have a long term injury. What amazing triceps and biceps, thanks for posting!
