Hi Sandra, this is my favourite of your videos. I have watched it over and over and over and I am still getting nowhere with the one handed spin at the one min mark. Can you do a tutorial? It's fabulous... like the rest of the clip :)

@playfulpup1 I did a tutorial for my online classes.
my tips:
- Roll it over your hand along the back moving from the pinky to your pointer. Meaning if you put your hand out in front of you and gave a thumbs down, that's the direction you want to flip the hoop.
- Practice just getting one full flip in.
- Practice turning while doing one, trying to work with the momentum of the turn. If you're using your right hand, turn right, if left handed, turn left.

@smfresh28 That hoop was 36 inches, now I play with 33,34 inch hoops.
