@pianorama22 I think I agree with you. I do not find anything wrong with this tempo, but I am not a Bach specialist, so I cannot properly judge. Generally speaking, I do not like to judge, I prefer to enjoy… And I am just fascinated with the haunting beauty of this music.

But saying "Too fast" is just not very constructive and totally incorrect

No, it ain't too fast. Too fast doesn't exist in music. Maybe faster than what you expected or what you have heard before, from other interpreters. Gould played all bach different, and thats what made him special!
