  • is the mkii still loud as hell like the original?

  • @ghsr82 Yeah it's loud!!! but it sounds so good!!!

  • how much would this amp cost?

  • @riderdude10 $2199.99 free shipping

  • Hey mate, I think you'll find in the MKII Rockerverb its actually 2 EL34 power tubes not the 6v6's as you said in video. The original Rockerverb has 4 6v6's.

  • @Paperwalls Yes you ar correct sorry!!! they are EL34 power Tubes

  • Ten tubes? Holy crap!!!

  • front facing controls detract from the beautifully simple aesthetics of the old one, I think it cheapens them somehow...

still an awesome amp though. I played a MK1 version a while ago with a '62 hotrod strat and it was mind-blowing!

  • it seems to me the 50 rocker head with the 3-12 cabinet performs just as good at low levels and better at higher levels-- can anyone confirm ?

  • @charlestheguitarist1 yeah i agree, not one to put down us lady players, but damn I can't lift that! looking at the tiny terror instead!

  • From the Orange Rocherverb MKII Owners Manual:

Although both the Rockerverb 50 and 100 MKII come fitted and biased with

EL34’s, the output valve selection switch (rear of amplifier) allows for the use of other output valve types,

such as 6L6’s, 6550’s and KT88’s. Note: This switch only puts the amplifier bias in the region for the above

    listed valve types!

  • @NstuffMusic are you serious? for that little amp? wow this must be a very impressive amp?
