how to turn off at the beginning the gprs and 3g so i want just the wifi connection...i dont want to pay for mobile internet....

@benbluesing Settings -> Mobile Networks -> Remove check at packet data.

@lwrancelawweipheng people say task managers are no good. But imo its great if you want to close unwanted programs that are up by mistake. A classic example is if you accidentally open tweetdeck and it is running in the background. It will drain your battery, same goes for other data consuming apps as well.

I noticed the when u called there were three options answer and two more one said reject call with message... what does that mean/do? does sliding the red phone just send it to voicemail? also is there any option to change the puzzle pieces into something else?

@mdigga39 1. yes when you slide up to reject with message it drops the call and the text message part automatically comes up with a preset message to say something like "im busy now ill call you later" you can send that message with one click.

2. sliding the red to the left sends it directly to voicemail ... pressing volume down turns the ringer off but it continues to call. I prefer turning the volume down because if I drop the call its obvious

3. No way to change the puzzle option.

@siclusiferx light to moderate usage you can get up to a day and a half to two days.

But if you decide to watch a 90 minute video came ... listen to music here and there and browse and make calls off and on it will be for a day only.

Hey i do a investigation and i don´t know how smartphone is better the samsung galaxy s - I9000 or the samsung galaxy CAPTIVATE .... my conclusion of the investigation is the two smartphones are the same only depend about taste of the person like the back metal cover for the captivate and the plastica cover for I9000 AND of course the fisical button on front BUT......what do u think i like buy one of this smarthpones and in this point i tend to the CAPTIVATE...what would you think?

Basically, the phone wont connect if it thinks you have apps running in the foreground and launcher pro is seen as an app

Download home switcher from the market and use that to change away from launcher pro when you connect to your pc. It is easier if you leave Launcher pro as the default home app.

(makes more sense once you try the app)

Hi, I have only ever heard of apps that have a one off fee, as far as i know there aren't any apps that have a subscription and i am not sure it would be allowed by google anyway.

On top of that the payment will include any software updates too, hope that helps.

I've had my phone for about six months and didn't realise about the puzzle lock screen, thanks.

Just as a note there is a method available to use the menu and back button lights instead of an LED for notifications, The phone needs to be rooted though. Look on xda-developers.
