Have we seen the end of high Internet prices? A new law intended to protect Internet users rights and freedoms may result in lower rates and the end to bad operators.
a disgraceful mixture of languages! i'm from germany but english is OK.
To the topic. I live in a little village in the south west of germany. In all directions the have dsl and internet over cable. But here we have for a long time only analog or isdn access to the internet. Now we have a access over a WLAN net, but it's very expensive. I pay near to 40 Euros a month to get a one megabit connection with a traffic limit of 20GB. That's not cheap and we have always problems with the connection.

English title but a French commentator?? ^^
It would be better if you make English subtitles where French is spoken and let the interviews in the original with French subtitles.
I don't understand it: cheaper interet? I already pay just 25 EUR per month for a 10Mbits/s flat rate, Telephon and Cable-TV inclusive.

Is there English version of this video? It would be nice because my French is a bit rusty. Very interesting subject though.
