@manalexxxx Everything at 3:30 to 54:10 is from the original 1989 broadcast. Nova added the Hurricane Andrew clips later in 1992.

thank you for the excellent video. my best friend and our wives. left layton on thursday and went through florida city about noon. we had spent a week on our pontoon from bahia honda to largo. the weather was perfect. went next year there was not a tree standing on card sound. less than 10% of the houses had roofs back on in homestead. it took me 2 months to call my cousin in s. miami. he lost 80 coconut palms on his 2 acres (he went there in the 40s). thanks.

To all those crybabies that think Katrina was the worst...pay super close attention to Camille!! Winds gusting over 200 MPH, water going up to the third floor of the Richaleu Apartments, and Marianne Gurlach. Who in their right mind would live in a bathtub anyway?? So again to the Katrina crybabies...at least you were either spared or not around for Camille!!
