How German Bratwurst Is Made

On the craft exhibition http://www.ihm.de/ in Munich, the butcher's guild ran a glass-walled public butcher shop. (Except the killing part, of course) There, people could see how different kinds of sausage (wurst) are made. In this film, you can see how the filling gets into the bratwurst (fried sausage). Later, you can also see some of the famous Bavarian Veal Sausage (Weisswurst) floating (for cooling) in a water basin, while a different kind of bratwurst is being fished out of the same basin for further production. At the very end, I took a picture of some bratwurst with sauerkraut I had (with mustard and a semmel - bread) and added it to the video. - - - Auf der Handwerksmesse gab es eine Showküche, wo Bratwurst hergestellt wurde. Weiter hinten sind auch Weißwürste zu sehen und ganz am Schluss die drei Bratwürste, die ich genießen durfte.

@julianreischl that was intended as a joke. I just thought there would be a chaos and it would look funny :). I like meat but try not to eat too much of it. a balanced diet that is to say. :P fleisch ist ja sehr lecker und deutsche wurst schmeckt mir gut. sicher.
