@SurvivalistCrutch Advanced Armament Corporation made this flash suppressor, and currently makes improved versions that take similar suppressors.
The ones that fit on the HKs are 15X1mm Right hand threads.
If your CETME has this thread pitch, then it will fit.

Would you please tell me where I might buy this? My State allows Suppressors under NFA laws. Also, would this work for a CETME? I would assume yes, however your flash suppressor isn't factory it seems custom.
