To Rockintetster: I couldn't agree more. President Nixon ruined the nation into oblivion during the 1970's. He thought he was above the law after the Watergate Scandal in 1972. A Factual 6!!

Nixon, the prosecutor, messed up. I mean, really. Who was glorifying Charles Manson in the press as any kind of role model or anti-hero? Sad to say, this has become the standard for Republican political discourse.

That there was an uproar in the courtroom, I've no doubt, but things really hit the fan when Manson held up for the jury a copy of the Los Angeles Times with the headline, "Manson Guilty, Nixon Declares." The judge ended up questioning the jurors one by one, then denied a defense motion for a mistrial.
