Harley Sportster Nightster

My 07 Harley Nightster with some minor mods. Roland Sands mini apes,PM grips,black VH short shots,flat black AC cover,Stage 1 and download,turn signal relocation,21" front wheel,removed front fender,removed left side mirror and inverted right side mirror.Gonna most likely paint the bike next, not sure what color yet. Would like to do some real motor work soon.

Do you notice the front sitting higher with that 21 on there?

@TheGoater11 it's tough to say because I put the wheel and the bars on the same day. The thought of sitting higher didn't come to mind when I rode it for the first time with the 21".

hey Steve..love the looks of the 21" front wheel. Would like to do same with my 2008 Nightster but can't find any place(without custom make). Can ya help me? Where'd ya find yours? Thnx!

thanks! I got the wheel off of ebay. It came off of a 1200C custom. Not sure if it was luck or not, but all i did was type "sportster 21 wheel" on ebay and it came up. It was freshly powder coated and laced. Cost me about 1/3 of what the HD dealership was going to charge. Good luck!

Man, i love that bike. I plan on buying a used one when i raise the money, it will be my first bike. the olive and black denim is the best color combo IMHO. i really wish h-d would continue with it. your bike is sick, thats what i planned on mine looking like only with the black apes. do you have any foward controls or do you just have the mids? keep that bike looking mean. congrats.

Thanks for the compliments man. I agree, the olive/blk paint scheme is the best. I also dig the vivid black. I have mid controls. I'm 6'0 and the mids feel great. I did ride my friend's nightster with forwards and i liked it a lot...just don't want to drop the coin for em at the moment. Best of luck in getting one....you can find them at really good prices now.

Hey man, you still riding this sporty? I still have my nightster but after wrecking my body up on the damn thing I moved up to a road glide for the longer rides...did a lil vid of it on my page.

Nice bike dude. I've got an '07 Sportster myself... I really wanted the Nightster but I found a regular Sportster for $4k back in early '09 (bent fork and scratch in the tank) so I had to jump on that deal while I could. Unfortunately I crashed my car and broke my Femur so I spent some time in bed. Little did I know the dogs were tripping the security system constantly and wore out the battery. So now I'm broke and trying to pay off the med bills and get the bike working correctly.

I want to change my 2.15 21in. front wheel, after 6 yrs I tired of following cracks in the road like it's on railroad tracks. Nice scoot
