  • nothing on who declared war on who.....so these are the declassified secrets......conveniently forgot the Balfour letter

  • @noodles41 The British made a good documentary in the 60s that you can find on youtube. Search, "World War I:" It is broken up in to the major battles of the war & additional information.

  • @noodles41 I see. I appreciate your honest account of your opinion. 6 years ago before I took an interest in the Great War, I would have been naive enough to believe this documentary too. Thankfully I know not to now.

This doc is so stupid & full of crap it said the assassination that started the war happened in August 1914, it actually happened 28 June 1914. Just to name 1 (basic) mistake, 1 of many. If it can't get the basics right, how do you trust the details eh.

  • @JimmyG228 ah well I know almost nothing about WWI, as every fucking game/film/doc is ever only about the Second..so I wouldn't know. Just trying to learn something new.

  • HAHAHAHAHA!!! THE AMERICANS WENT TO WW1 ...... AT THE END THEY JOINED WHEN THE ENEMY FORCES ARE TIRED TO KILL BRITISH AND FRENCH .... lol

  • @noodles41 This is a crappy doc buddy. Full of BS & misleading info passed as fact. Pure American propaganda.

  • well this was class and bloody interesting! lot of crap docs out there! massive thanks for the upload, fella!

  • @dave1986R More like Britain, France & their empires got stronger. The US had a small involvment in the fighting.

  • By that time the American troops were inexperienced, but also at that time the Germans were so fatigued and weakened that it allowed the Americans to push forward. America grew stronger while Germany grew weaker.

  • @d3ltadrive ...Quebec Act was signed, the British parliament did repeal nearly all the tax hikes in the colonies. All but the taxes on tea. So later that year to protest the remaining tax on tea, history had the Boston Tea Party.

Parliament now gave the colonies the attention it demanded, but by then it was too late, fate was set by the fathers of America.

So if the colonies, practised patience, they too would've gotten what Quebec got. Geed & impatience is way independence happened.
