Erin Dougherty (lead), Melissa Spangler (vocals), Allyson Arai (violin) and Brian Dougherty (piano & vocals) performing "Come Ye Sinners" on October 17, 2008 at Fremont Presbyterian Church. http://www.fremontpres.org
This is BEAUTIFUL! It's Todd Agnew's version. It's on his "Grace Like Rain" CD (which I play bass on) Todd told me that he, and/or a friend of his..I can't remember.. saw this song in a hymnal....didn't know how it went, but LOVED the lyrics. So, either Todd or his friend (or both) wrote new music/melody to it. It was definitely a GOD THING! Yes.."Extremely Moving!" Whether a full band (as we did on the CD) or broken down like this!
This is like the Cambridge version. This is very well done and is inspirational. Thank you.

It's nice rendition. But the Irish/Celtic version performed by Michael Card is I think closer to the traditional hymn.

Jami Smith also did this song on her album "Wash over me" released in 2002, which is an awesome version. Check it out.
