I'm glad that presentation goes on to say there is no such thing as a pure extrovert or introvert, because I found myself having both qualities of each side and also not having other qualities.
I'm not going to succumb to labelling myself, because then I'll be limiting myself as a complex being. I am both introverted and extroverted, I am everything all at once.

The common misconception is that people are either one way or another. Actually the terminology comes from Carl Jung's essay "Psychological Types"published in 1976, in which he clearly explains mutiple times that every human has the characteristics of both extroversion and introversion, only in different extents.
