All of you out there who say McCain picked Palin because she is a young, devout, gun-toting woman are sadly mistaken. That's the sizzle, but the steak is the fact that that Sarah Palin actually kicked ass and took names in her short term as the Governor of Alaska. Plus:people say she is a fiscal conservative, when was the last time anyone in either of the two major parties was accused of being that? Let's see if she can maintain that.

  • Wow.. this is hillarious in retrospect.. Especially considering everything that has come out about Palin and what happened behind closed doors between her and McCains campaign..

  • Sarah Palin has not kicked ass in alaska nor anywhere else. She had nearly 10 times as much money per person earmarked for alaska compared to what obama had asked for. And the "bridge to nowhere she turned down"..ya know the one she said thanks but no thanks too...she supported it untill people got pissed. But because she's so responsible, she did keep all the money.

  • LOL Fiscal conservative... you mean the one that couldn't even balance the budget of a 6000 person town? She came into Wasila with ZERO debt and left it mired in millions of debt.

Fiscal conservate that so-called refused earmarks but hired a lobbyist to get millions for Wasila? The so called fighter AGAINST the Bridge to nowhere, yet she campaigned in support of it? haha right. Fiscal conservative.

  • Palin as the VP for McCain is so suspicious, I mean what if she drops out later on, or is made to drop out by her own party (read between the lines) later on. Then the Republicans would have had at least a female on the ticket and the sympathy if she "dropped out." If I was Palin I'd watch my back

  • Hurray for Luck!!!

Obama wouldn't have to do anything to McCain, McCain did it for him "Palin, Palin, Palin" she's hot.

Libertarians shouldn't be allowed electricity. Make it yourself.

  • I'll leave the clever rebuttals to you.

  • ha ha - 'right back at you' - next you'll be saying something like 'I'm rubber and you're glue..."

  • The polls change daily and go up and down, but they are never far apart and now McCain sometimes leads in various polls, which is new and a down turn for Obama.

    So right back at you.

  • Keep telling yourself this, you might believe it one day. We'll see on Nov. 4th.

The only poll he doesn't lead is Fox - of course.
