It's connected to sex because supposedly the lead singer cherished a younger female and she pressured him to finally take her to a house party and some very bad things happened to her at the party. i.e. went from being a virgin to having multiple partners during an orgy and lots of drugs and alcohol. The house of flies is the only thing he could connect to the nasty ass house -- basically a place so dirty only maggots and flies live, and she was the one who changed in that house...

@MegaRoteschorle it's not so much the lyrics that provoke sexuality but the tenor vocals and the dynamic instrumentals. it's the essence of Deftones; it's dirty and clean all at the same time. and most of their lyrics are beautifully open to interpret.
