Making Sweet Salsa in the Manual Food Processor!

Today I decided to make a nice, light and easy recipe. It's a Pampered Chef Recipe, called "Mango Confetti Salsa". However, I didn't have much mango, I used a white onion instead of red, and no orange peppers.
Hopefully, you can't hear my kids yelling outside in the background throughout the recording! I had to stop and re-start about 4 times b/c they kept coming in and asking for stuff!! lol

If I may offer some advice? If your camera has a viewer that turns, or even turns off, turn it away from your view or disable it while recording. All you need to do then is look at the lens :) When I make my youtube vids I try to have the screen turned off so I dont see myself :)
