The OH-58D pilots did not have their helmets (as they ditched them while evading insurgents) so the one outside suffered a little bit of wind burn as the Apache got up to about 110 knots on the way back to base. Ironically, the AH-64D pilot on the outside was the back seater in a second Spur-ride several months later when his wingman was shot down.

Wow, some truth in the comments however most is inaccurrate. This was a U.S. Army AH-64D Longbow from Alpha Company 1-227th, 1st CAV. The Apache landed to extract the crew of a OH-58D that was shot down. One of the oh-58D pilots was slightly injured so he got in the front seat. The AH-64D front seater was on the right side(visible in the video) the second uninjured OH-58D pilot was on the left side. Both were strapped to the fuselage by harness and caribiner.
