my BF's father marched with MLK from the beginning(he's white) and openly dated a colored woman(1953 they got married 1965)

since Pres. Obama is so outraged over "faux" homophobia in [the] Black community & Black churches, why does he so ardently seek and assume their electoral support on every opportunity ? Since it outrages him so, perhaps in order to allow him to maintain his character & integrity, the "Black Community" should offer it's homophobic, anti-war support to a more reasonable and balanced candidate come 2012- just a very short time from now ! Is there any other group he snubs more than Black

@allforass69 so what has the democrat party done for the minority people. look up harry reed, Paul Kanjorski, Mike Wallace (watermelon comment), Hillary Clinton (jew comment to paul fray),even obama when he cut funding for the inner school kids to go to private schools in d.c. the same school his daughters go to. most of those kids are black.

MLK was a Republican! And Obama is NO MLK! Last week Obama spent 2.5 mil to go to Denmark to get 2016 bid for his "hometown" to bring MORE big $ to the crooks running Chicago. THE SAME WEEK... Another story made National News... On the streets of his very own "hometown"... a young child, and honor student was BEAT TO DEATH by thugs. But not one peep from Obama on that issue! This man is NO MLK!!! He's just a crooked Chicago politician who's got thousands believing his LIE.
