@RayfieldA There was meant to be more clips but he went to hospital months later which stopped me from making more of them. I have still quite a few clips of Serge training if u take a look, there are also more on Youtube and he has a training DVD.

@PattyCakesahoy yes instead of a few hundred milligrams of several different roids its a few grams, as well as HMB creatine GH IGF Insulin aminos thyroid ect, its scary shit :) but impressive what guys will take to try and prove they have the best built body lmfao@ these guys, and they act all arrogant like they are all natural hahaha, far from it, it boils down to who has the most money and best connections and willing to put that level of MGS into their body, its not the training for sure
