@LesSmith45 That's so true. I was - I guess what was typically identified as "alternative" - you know, when for a time U2 was an up and coming band, but not really known in the crowd of Whitney Huston,Wham! and Culture Club, lol...So, it's not like TTHs were "foreign" to me, but I know EXACTLY what you mean about looking at the back catalog of music from my youth....And it's MAGNIFICENT. I got into Morrissey around 2004, now, I'm looking back at The Smiths going..."Where was I?!?"

It is amazing when i was 16-17 and the talking heads were just starting out in the late 70's i could not stand that group. Tthought they were weirdos. Now that is coming from a pure classic rocker(Aerosmith, ZZ Top, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Zepellin ect..). Fast forward to today. I LOVE the HEADS! David Byrne is an amazing artist. I just love the stuff that i hated in my youth. Go Figure. I quess he is like a fine wine. Except i hate wine. maybe a fine gonga!

saw him in charlotte and ive been to hundreds of concerts of many artists but hes one of the best..what a show and what an amazing human being!!!
