Thanks R.R.. Is it really a money issue? You would think a record CO. would recognize the quality of ALL 3 of his previous efforts and at least take a risk. doesnt Trent Reznor of NIN have his own label? could he help in some way? maybe he should just "make" 10,000 copies and keep them in his basement and sell them from there and cut out the middle man, more profit for them-where it belongs. i dont claim to know how the "business" works, that much talent should not have this problems.

@THECURELOST13 they`ve been trying to ball park it since 2002 ...dont get any hopes up....as a respectfull fan, and long time listener to his music.....I`m realy disapointed that it`s been 10 years for me waiting on a nother album...I realy would hope that he gets his financials fixed up , I think that`s what`s holding this back.....at first I know he had personal issues....but realy after 10 years ....hopefully this is the year !!!!

is this going to be on the "purple" cd? does Travis and Co. have a ball park estimate for an actual release for another studio release? i appreciate the rarity of this song.
Purple is Purple - IMO it's ready for release now as it is, however, that's not my call to make. I have no idea when it will finally happen. Only Travis really knows that. But know that the album is for the most part recorded and ready. Travis is just a perfectionist (rightly so lol) and want's to ensure that it is the absolute best quality that he can provide before releasing it.

No this song will not be on purple - I will not upload ANYTHING that is slated for "purple" until after Travis has released it.
This song pre-dates the "Orange" album and was only played a small handfull of times on the 97 Fall Tour. It has never to my knowledge been tracked in a studio session either. This song will likely never re-surface on an album because portions of the music were slightly tweeked and used in "Green" era songs.
