LOL in the beginning when that old lady was talking about the young girls looking so pretty. i guess that will never end, of old grannies telling other people that their daughter are potential wives and daughter in laws!

@blongsiab Leejvaj is being prejudice and simply asking if they are educated girls or simply country bumpkins. Maybe he is looking for a wife or a daughter-in-law. Regardless, it is prejudice to assume they are not smart or intelligent because they live in the countryside of China.

they seem like Hmong viet nam not hmong China

@kntseeg lol it's not baby talk. Thats just what we call it. It is actually the old white dialect in which our current dialect arrived from.

do they speak english? read write in hmong/chinese? any education?

@leejvaj13 ? why would they speak english. I'm not sure what you mean but I guess they do speak a few words in english but they cannot string it into sentences. they can speak and write in hmong but the Hmong suav version not hmong Laos version. in other words they spell every thing different. and of course they speak mandarin and write to some extent in spimlified charaters. hope that answers your question.
