Dr. Josh Bross demonstrates the Graston Technique on a weight lifter. This patient came in with bicep and forearm pain when doing curls at the gym.

  • @marathon veteran, the brachialis is right under the bicep, so you can easily get to it. You can move the bicep out of the way and get right on it as well. @Mrbogza, you can stretch the muscle, but with any adhesions there, stretching will only do so much. You need to remove the adhesions, then it will stretch normally.

  • Love the comments from people who have no idea what graston is. I've had it done multiple times, and that tool hours like hell and bruises your skin, but really tiny lattes the tissue.
