I will not say that the guy that said these lifts cause injuries is an idiot because i try not to be like every other hater on U-tube, but for every 100 hours of olympic style training, injuries are at .007 per 100 hours, much lower than power lifting. People don't understand that just because you perform a short movement that it is safer. In many cases it is the opposite. With proper technique the olympic movements are more beneficial to sports and give less injuries.
