"This is a 4 and a half minute video of a 45minute training session with no breaks. Only a few scenes were put into the video as I was running around with my camera and dropping it and adjusting it as I went on.

I combined walking, running, jumping, quad, lifting, pushing, throwing in a way that combines muscular strength and endurance as well as all cardiac and pulmonary processes. It's good to train this way at least once a week, because this replicates how you actually function in real life.

This is part one of a couple training videos I filmed, the others wont see the internet just yet as I want to film them with an actual cameraman instead of me running around." -PKDanno

  • Aw shit danno, you've made me feel really guilty for not training more endurance and functional strength :(

But good work, seems like a brilliant workout.

  • Inspiring stuff! Many traceurs neglect endurence training so its good to see you setting the right example.
