How to get Black Soul Gems in Oblivion

These soul gems are capable of capturing human souls, these CAN be duplicated and for the duplication glitch check out my other vid. The place i am at is at the Dark Fissure in the mages guild quest. And just to let you know, you CAN NOT do this if you are doing the arcane university quests, you have to do it either before or after. The only reason why black soul gems are convienient is because they can capture human souls (human enemies are very common) vs a grand soul gem where you have to defeat a large enemy.

i have black soul gems, but when i kill people it says you don't have a soul gem big enough to capture the soul!?!? why?

@olivierhacking well first of all make sure you have one that has a soul level of none. One soul gem can't capture multiple souls
