MBTA - State Station(Blue Line)

The train is heading towards Bowdoin.

For personal records, this was taken on my first trip to Boston. That was the first Blue Line train I saw in real life. ^^

Video was taken on 10/15/05(may have been the 16th).

@2012alexg They were renovating the station when I visited there. It was around the time the Charlie Ticket started.

Many transit companies use color coded lines.

up in the Lebanon, NH area, there's a small bus system with colored routes, and there's green. red, blue, orange, and also brown. MBTA doesn't have the brown line.

There used to be a Pink line. In Billerica there is an old Pink line train thats abandoned.

the blue line now has new blue line trains from siemans 0700 #5 eastboston cars to replace the old 600's

The MBTA's buses are yellow, there known as the "Trackless Trolleys"
