Yes, you do not get the point of this.

When the trailer came out, loads of people were proclaiming how great the graphic novel was. This video is a satire of those people who hadn't actually read the book.

@soadratmetc Untrue. The soundtrack was good. It also had one of the most artistically brilliant opening credit sequences ever. And Rorschach was awesome. Other than that, yeah it sucked.

People that tended to bitch about this film where the intellectually inept that just wanted lots of action and no real story. This wasn't an action movie, get over it, not everything with super hero's needs to be explosions and cheesy villains.

this movie was about as close as you can get to watchmen in real life. everybody who complains is stupid and obviously is a pompus ass. 300 is the best comic book movie ever made and this comes second. sure zach snyder isnt good on his own stuff but with comics you can be sure to see a faithful adaption. stop whinning it was amazing and deffinately great as a movie alone.

It is very difficult between ironman and watchmen, two very different but still awesome movies.
