@Batair No Maaaan....I say F that. Throw more weight on that belt, do less reps / set, and balance it. Then let your chest and triceps take care of themselves. For extra resistance and strength, eat the entire contents of your refrigerator.

@Batair Ah ok thanks. Are there own dips for Tricep and Chest or do you have to use the same machine/thing?
Whats the difference between tricep dips and chest dips?

@OrginalKork When targeting your chest you try to lean forward and you also use a wider hand placing. When targeting triceps you try to keep your upper body as straight as possible and have a narrower hand placing.
