  • @iloveXH558 Hey Caroline, sorry for the late response. There are some small differences between Final Cut Express and Pro but as far as the basics for editing, they both operate about the same.

  • This is a fantastic tutorial!

I've only just got Final Cut Pro and my first impression of the interface was confusion!

However, after following the steps of this video, you've shown me that it's not as hard as it looks!

So thank you very much :D

  • how do you have large icons, i only have rows.

  • ahhh perfect tutorial for beginners! I learned everything I wanted to know but how to do titles. The video is 10 minutes, but between much pausing, writing down notes etc., it took me more like 45 minutes to get through all the lessons in this tutorial. Still -- not bad at all!

  • Instead of "snapping" a clip to another clip by pressing a button, can you just right click and ripple delete, in the empty space between the two videos?

  • I go from trying to get something a lot more advanced than imovie to being completely confused at final cut pro lol Great tutorial.

  • Thank you for such nice tutorial.NO BS..very clear. Much Thanks!!

  • thank you sooo much when i first looked at final cut pro i did not have a clue what to do, but after this video i know so much more, Thank you.

  • @JSTUPRODUCTIONS Thanks :)

  • @skitlegrindr The video was created using screen capture software called "Screenflow". Super easy to use and extremely useful especially for tutorials.
