As much as the footage is appalling, i'm interested in what the full story is here, what the reason is why the police is used by the CPS to take the son away.

Is it that his mother got the custody in a legal battle about the son, is that the father was deemed too dangerous for his son?

@Barachem - the cops are often called in with CPS, they are cowards and routinely bring cops along. In BC, Canada, for example, they brought cops along to steal the baby of a woman who dared to have a visit with the baby's dad, so social workers and cops came to take baby away, and tasered mom, WHILE she was holding baby, thereby of course tasering baby. When the media found out, cops claimed there baby had had a "medical emergency" and they had to get baby to hospital. Liars.

Man, if I was a cop I'd have to quit my job if I was given an order like that, I think any human being would..serve your heart, or serve a man. I'll serve my heart..because on the day I close my eyes for the last time..I want to know that I helped people, and not hurt them and did them wrong..despite what the law says..the law used to make black people sit on the back of the bus, the law used to make Jews get tattoo's in Germany. So much for the law being what's right. it's us against them.

People this scene is played out all over the world, wake up. All it takes is one false allegation to get these people knocking on YOUR door doing this to YOUR family. With no proof, no evidence, they can take your children.

@Sirchimes - you are right. Time and again, all over the world, you see it (CPS leaving babies and children with real abusers, e.g., foster tryants). They do this for 2 reasons: 1) they don't give a shit about children, in fact maybe they even hate them because children's innocence and goodness reminds them of what they are not, and 2) when a child does get abused or murdered, they pretend that they care and that if there were more social workers and more money, it wouldn't happen.

since the making of this video all involved LA local authority have entered in to dialogue via email and face to face. my boy is back home but obviously upset by all this as am i. anyone interested can find us easy on utube channels. no one's hiding anything. this is the most upsetting thing to have ever happened in our lives. i felt something had to be done! they certainly were not concerned with 'wishes of the child' as is their duty.

@ALVHUN Good for you! I agree that CAS, CPS, MCFD don't care whatsoever; in fact, if you look at the suffering they cause, you'd think they actually hate children, and perhaps they do, since children - good and innocent - are the opposite of what they are, evil and massively guilty.

@CPSSucks I am not embarrassed to say it was VERY scary with all the thoughts going through my mind of why all these cops were there. Turns out York CAS worker Jim Maloney & his supervisor Sandy Griffiths sent the police there while my ex wife, who caused this hell, was there and reported on the incident. It is terrifying to think about what may have happened if we were actually home. The children would have been traumatized deeply. But CAS doesn't care what happens to children or how they feel.

@ALVHUN - that must have been very scary, good for you for beating CAS! What you say reinforces my claim that parents targeted by CPS / CAS are hunted down with more zeal than serial killers. If you get a chance, please check out the latest developments in the Paul and Zabeth Bayne case - judge is going to rule any day, and social worker went to hospital after Zabeth gave birth and said her baby was taken into "care." INSANE.

@militaryvetandfather I share your thoughts brother. I am a single father raising two boys and have had to deal with CPS/CAS trying to take my children. They failed! I beat them at their game way before the CAS workers and the cops could lay their hands on my children! One night 7 cop cars and 14 officers showed up at my door. Luckily I was out training with the kids at our karate club. When I saw all the cruisers, I just kept on driving and went somewhere else for the night, luckily!
