Prior to saying what he said, he thanks Kimbo for being on the card. Gary Shaw went into great depth about Kimbo being huge on YouTube, being a phenom because of all his hits, and at that point, Kimbo had 1 fight, but was main eventing with Nick Diaz.

Diaz stands up and says what you hear. Sounds like a passive aggressive way to call Kimbo garbage, but you can make the call.

@TheDrunkwraith The way you talk doesn't always tell how intelligent a person is. This is a common misconception with people in the suburbs. I went to one the worst schools in the nation and my friend who is intelligent but does not talk like he is, ended up going to Harvard. Now days intelligence is only measured by how much you can remember, and not creative thinking.

@surrynet Lol that's not a sign of gang mentality, that's just a little bit of stupidity coming into play when he can't think of anything better to say lol. I say 'you know' a lot if I'm too excited to think straight or really nervous, or just intoxicated lol. Also my buddy says 'you know' all the time and he's one of the nicest guys out there and is pretty dumb as well lol. Don't look too deeply when you're dealing with Nick, he's a crazy, dumb, and awesome fighter. Leave it at that lol.

@Ian2lo4u2c I'm not the only one that agrees with me about all the "you know, you know, you know". He can fight though, I'll give him that. But it just gets annoying hearing ANYONE who can't speak a complete sentence without saying "you know". Tappedurassout even noticed all the "you knows' from Diaz. Most people who talk like that has gang mentallity. He might not mess with gangs now, but bet he has before.

@surrynet Nick can teach BJJ students for hours and never once say "you know".

Its the interview aspect that makes him say that. I am sure you know that.
