EVP Strange Voice

A video i took mid-day of my room and at the beginning i hear a faint strange voice and there were no T.V.s on. Can anybody find a reason for this? It happens at 0:04-0:05, turn the volumes way up. Please comment

My speakers ain't that good, but I heard something that I can't understand.

This kinda makes me wonder, even if we can't understand exactly what it is, we know something was said. You can actually still hear the air coming out of a dog whistle if you listen hard enough, but it isn't really gonna sound like a whistle to you.
