How do you start working on a montage like that ? first sync up the clips to music in vegas and then put on effects in ae or what ?

@vIPReVenToN Yeup, I sync it in Vegas using velocity, then I used to render it out, put it in AE, add the effects, render, put it back in vegas, and render one more time. But i just got Magic Bullet Looks for free, so I basically get to skip AE (except for text effects like the hello sir in the door)
