  • Coach!

    This is Radek form Poland.....

I had a lowback pain and i turns out that it originated in my chest area.... Few of these straches (2 weeks 2 times a day) and their are gone! Thanks a lot....

  • Gave it a try earlier. I've gotta say, it felt pretty good. At the same time I felt quite stiff in that area for the most part.

That stretch is tougher than it looks.

  • Hey man I got a Q. I injured my left front deltoid about 3 months ago. I was doing too heavy flyes and it got overstimulated or whatever it was my physical therapist told me. It wasn't a stretch or a dislocation but it was more like too much for the muscle to handle, so it got injured, not sure what it's called. Anyways I'm much better but I know if I go heavy again it's gonna hurt again like before, I've used laser which helped alot and rehab, what do else do you know that can speed it up?

  • can definitely feel it where your sayin. its good man
