The deer and the dog

At the back yard of a monastery in Jerusalem there is a deer that thinks its a dog.

It is in fact and antelope and it doesn't appear to be trying to mount, the dog but nurse.  My guess is that it's a rather young adult that remembers nursing

Agreed, it's an Israeli Gazelle. However, not so young as to nurse, hence the nearly full set of horns. I'd guess an immature male during it's first mating season who hasn't quite figured it all out. Also, possibly domesticated somewhat as it has no problem around buildings and dogs, certainly not characteristic of a wild gazelle.
