it's not discontinued, it still works at the moment but the creator hasn't updated it in a while. But it works with current versions of CraftBukkit so all is good :)

can you tell us how to allow players to use levers, buttons, switches, etc.. while still being unable to do anything else? please respond if you know how

@LetsPlayers1 Its because you're either an Op, or an Admin or something (if you're using Permissions or Group Manager) You have this permission that's called "icl.admin.nocost" or something like that, which is why you're getting it for free.
