hadn't heard this in along time.bought it right when it came out and it sounds just as great as it did forty how many? years ago! funky, bluesy, rockin, jazz. Love Tony on Filles De Killmanjaro by Miles Davis. notes on the reissue cd allude to Miles being fed up with Tony overplaying. Sorry Miles, i love his playing on that album. one of the greats

Jack Bruce joined the group for the second album, ''Turn it Over''. He also sings and plays bass on some of the third Lifetime album , "Ego" but is not acknowledged on the sleeve notes. Saw the four piece band in London in 1970, frighteningly good!
This song is so good. Took me about 3 listens to appreciate and understand what I was hearing.
