  • "Floyd Mayweather Jr. is one of the greatest boxers ever"?! Elie, study up on your boxing history -especially the Golden Era. Those 200-fight lions will eat today's 40-fight cubs.

  • Elie you are constantly looking for people to swing on Manny's nuts with you.

  • @fredizzle23 Your right about the different belts that they have now which sucks. But back then those fighters had 9-5 jobs and were part-times fighters because they werent making millions of dollars. Notto take anything away from those legends but they fought a lot of bums back then. Imagine a guy like Mikey Ward and Artero Gatti fighting back in those so called glory days of the 50s and 60s. They would be consisdered ALL-TIME GREATS beacause of the way they fight

  • @quentinball23 Back then they didnt have all these different belts tho so fighters were constantly defendending there belts hence robinson having to fight the best every single time various times

  • @quentinball23 Youre 100% correct! People hype up those legends of the past being unaware that they fought mostly bums.

  • Elie U R a fuckin idiot Grow a brain Give it up U R too stupid to even breathe

  • Montell Griffin DID NOT whoop no damn Roy Jones!!!!! GTFOHWTBS Roger!!!!!

  • @scalinatella1970 Sugar Ray had to fight alot because boxing back then was like a 9-5 job.He was making alot of money so he had to fight alot to make money. Floyd has been fighting since he was 6 years old so your totally wrong about Floyd not being experience enough to compete with Sugar Ray...Floyd is an all-time great and he can compete with any great welterweight

  • @scalinatella1970 If your making 20-30 million a fight, aint no point to fight 100 times in your career. Not to take anything away frm Sugar Ray Robinson but alot of his fights were against bums. Aint no way in hell in todays boxing Sugar Ray will fight a 100 times because he would be making Millions. Also it takes 6 months to build a ppv promotion

  • @quentinball23 What does making millions have to do with greatness? If a rich man fights a poor man -all else being equal, bet on the poor man. As to Robinson, you don't know what you are talking about. Go take a good hard look at what he did in his FIRST YEAR as a pro. Do some research -then come back here and apologize.

  • @fhab525 Be serious, man. A boxer who fights 40 times just doesn't have the experience of a fighter who has 240 fights. Floyd is one of the best of the last 30 years , but let's not get silly. Go take a look at Robinson's record. He had 40 fights before he was 23 and if you can't count how many serious guys he beat, you don't know what you are talking about. Take a look at Ike Williams or Henry Armstrong or Archie Moore or Sandy Saddler or any number of others.
