This yearling was worked here for the first time. She has not been around people before. Here I'm getting her used to the rope all around her especially around her feet. It took about 35 minutes until I was able to pet her.

  • beautiful colt!

  • that is not halter breaking, that is ropeing and scaring the shit outta the poor thing.. round pen work is applying gentle pressure and backing off so the horse can decide what to do, this is not an example of horsemanship.

  • cruel everyone is cruel to a horse what the difference between people and horse they cant talk only thing this is sick

  • @monblume100 uhhh....do you know the horse?! do you know if it has to work or not! 3

  • fat lil colt...gonna turn out to be a great horse. love the coloring too!

  • i do see this as dangerous, but it does kinda make sense to do that as well, to get her used to having things associated with humans touching her wherever. good idea.

  • A cute horse, but a poor horse too!

It didn´t have like this work.

  • She cute, yes, but that's so dangerous having her legs tied up like that

  • beautiful beautiful yearling!!!
