Ahaha, sure thing, humans are so greedy, they like to dominate, and they have so much self-esteem that they believe they'll always keep control over robots to they make them inferior in concept while they could evolve so much faster than they can.

thats correct... they could then do some extrapolation about the most probable trajectory of the opponent and then they could get the other team... 2100??? They could even sense the Thoughts of human players using the body temperature, puple size and heartbeat and skin color and sweat... and other parameters

the way the robots are programmed (i.e. to play against other robots) means that they cannot actually 'see' any of the human players, they can only see the ball. They would do a lot better if they could see the opposition :)
