Stefan, have you looked into leasing a dedicated bandwidth pipe rather than buying blocks of gigabyte traffic? I've run my own server (till recently) for over a decade and saved insane amounts of money with a dedicated pipe. You can push 1500 gig a month through a 10 mbts pipe without significant bottle necking. That for me was $100. a month. Much bigger pipes can be had for not much more.

@stefbot I'm not a technical genius but your headset runs on 2.4hz the same as most router signals, if you change the channel on your router this may solve the problem. Like I said I'm no genius but it's worth a try as I had a similar problem when my neighbour was using the same channel and router as myself I changed the channel and my network speeds rocketed. Hope this helps if you haven't tried it already.
