Bank machine's secret

The story goes like this: it was around 2 am last wednesday when all electric power in my street went down (trafo station was caught on fire due to overload). Me and my friend Rush were hanging out near my place when the surge happened. After half an hour, power was restored and we noticed something interesting happening with bank machine in Vojvodjanska bank. What? Watch the video and find out. It's probably the first time you'll see something like that on a bank machine (goverment top-secret maybe?).

This is not fake, just to note that.

I use to install security systems in ATM machines for ADT. (Bank of America machines) This is just the ATM computer booting up after power loss. Yes, they run on Windows. It's nothing secret. No conspiracy here, guys.
