The original prototype was a bit hard on the arm, but this machine has springs to counteract the weight of the router, so it's quite light on the handle.

hi Matthias, with the pantorouter can you also make a wedged through mortise and tenon joint?
Also, is there a way to make the corners at 90 degrees instead of a curve? Thanks for posting and good luck!!

No and no.
The bit is round, so the corners are always curved. And it doesn't tilt. You'd have to chisel the wedge part out by hand.
