Watchop, People like me? First of all I LOVE animals. My dogs and cats are spoiled rotten and I believe it tough sentences for people that are cruel to animals too. Here is my point, you can't stop abuse by eliminating dogs and cats. If that were true we could stop the abuse of women by insuring that less woman are born. They do it in China all the time. Women are killed in the womb before birth. Wellala , less women = less abuse for women. ABUSE is NOT about population is is about ABUSE!

Running around free?? That is against LA county animal control legal RULES. Animal control LAW says dogs must not only be inside a cage but that cage MUST be inside yet another cage (double containment law) for the dogs own safety. So dogs "running around free" within a kennel property is against the kenneling law in LA county!

Also animal controls OWN code rules says no dogs may be inside the home unless they are pets and licensed as such.

All people who have bought puppies from puppy milla, breeders, PETLAND and other stores, got the puppy home, ran up a large vet bill and watched the puppy or cat die in less than 2 years time PLEASE apply for compensation from the PETLAND national lawsuit. Let your favorite little elected gov guy and girl KNOW you want animals protected and mill owners & the pet shops that sell them to go to federal prison where we have a SPECIAL CAGE for them!
