Although I am educated in the Chinese language, I know enough to appreciate the beauty of the poetry like lyrics of many past HK songs. Many many overseas Chinese's lives were and continue to be enriched by the great song writers and singers of this island. There are enough beautiful songs to keep me happy for a lifetime.

@brothersixteen I know. I'm trying not to be too obsessed with the past, though. I think in time, there'll be a new class of lyricists in HK, just as introspective. This song has a lot of mystery behind it, runs a bit like that Richard Cory poem, eh? :)
