Watching this show as an adult now, I've realised that it's not as violent as I remembered it to be. I don't think Bea Smith was actually that tough!

Rita didn't have what it took to beat the queen Bea. Bea was tougher and much brighter too.

I liked Bea she was a bad ass she ran
cell block H. Her character was the main reason why the show was good,at least for the 2 years until they started moving the show in differen time slots& cast changes..
