①十分に熱したフライパンに胡麻油をひく ②餃子をフライパンにのせ、30秒中火で焼く ③片栗粉小さじ弱をお湯で溶き(100cc目安) 周りからを入れる ④蓋をして3~5分強火で蒸し焼きにする ⑤パリパリ音がしてきたら蓋をあけて胡麻油をまわし入れる ⑥火を止めて出来上がり!これが旨い!

  • 餃子の焼き方って…、これは誰がどう見たって失敗作ですよ…。

    羽根付きにするにはちょっと小麦粉が薄過ぎるんじゃないですかね­?
