I know that they weren't making movies anymore! What I meant was that in this newsreel you can see what It might have looked like If they had-that's what I meant by "Alternate Universe"

Actually, they really weren't making movies in '53, 'anton'- this was a "bit" staged for British Pathe's newsreel, while they were concentrating on personal appearance tours throughout Europe [their final film was "Atoll K" {aka "Utopia"} in 1950].
